Prices
Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars, based on present market conditions, and subject to change without notice. All prices will be quoted FOB our warehouse. The shipping is at the client’s charge.
Promo Codes
Promotional codes cannot be combined and must be entered at the time of purchase. Enter promotional code when viewing your cart or at the end of the checkout process when you are entering payment information.
Shipping
Any purchase made before 1pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped within 24 hours, after 1pm EST the order will be shipped the next business day.
Returns
​Bioandchic accepts returns on all unopened / unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. Return shipping costs will not be covered by BioandChic
Claims
Claims for any cause must be made within 48 hours after arrival of goods, which is expressly agreed to be a reasonable period of time. If Buyer does not give such notice, Buyer agrees to have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted the goods. BioandChic.com furthermore will not consider any claim after the stock has been processed, improperly stored, or otherwise treated, modified, or used in any way. Claims for losses while goods are in transit must be filed by the Buyer directly with the carrier.
Non-guarantee
Due to variance in raw materials, the products described can vary in sizes, colors or shapes from one case to another or in the same case.
Contingencies
We reserve the right to prorate or cancel any order, in whole or in part, because of: strikes, labor shortages, fire, frost, flood, drought, disease, casualty, errors in count, spoilage, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Taxes
Any taxes arising from the purchase, use or resale of the goods, such as sales tax, or any other local tax, are the responsibility of the Buyer. All orders shipped to NJ will be charged a NJ state sales tax of 7% of the order price.
Limitation of liability
BioandChic.com maximum liability, whether contractual or for negligence or otherwise, is limited in amount to the amount paid to BioandChic.com for the purchase of the stock under all circumstances and regardless of the nature, cause or extent of the loss.

Receving and Acceptance
All shipments should be immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected on arrival and then placed in proper storage. Any problems with the condition or quality or quantity of goods received should be brought to our attention immediately.

In the event that any part of these terms and conditions of sale is held to be illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the other parts shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.
